Lee Hoffmann is Vice President and General Manager of Feeco International, Inc. Lee began his career at Feeco in 1975, working part time in the Production Department while finishing his degree in Accounting. In addition to PEMA, he is a member of the Fertilizer Industry Roundtable. He also serves as Vice President on New Water's Board of Commissioners and is past President of the Northeast Wisconsin Technical College Foundation Board, where he is still active as a Board Member.

Ben Kice is an Inside Sales Manager for Kice Industries, Inc. where he has worked since 2003. He is actively involved in the Strategic Planning Team, product development and introduction to market, Project Management, and customer management for Kice Industries. Prior to his positions in the Sales Department, Ben worked in the Kice Manufacturing facility while finishing his college degree. He holds a Bachelor's Degree from the Emporia State University School of Business majoring in Administration. In his spare time, he is an active member of the Phi Delta Theta Alumni Association and serves on the Eastside Community Church volunteer group . He and his wife Megan have two children.

Steve Ragan is President of Sly Incorporated where he first started in 1996 in the Aftermarket Department. After several years, Steve left Sly to pursue other opportunities, but returned as President in 2007. During the time between working at Sly, Steve worked at Key Bank in Cleveland, Ohio where he led strategic planning and performance management initiatives for clients across the country. Steve also served as a consultant and sales trainer where he coached many organizations, helping them focus on profitable revenue growth and organization effectiveness. He holds a Bachelors of Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Management from Tiffin University and a Master's Degree in Organization Development from Bowling Green State University. Steve serves on the Board of Community Service Alliance and is involved with various activities at his church and in his community. He and his wife Diana have two children.

Jeff Soldan is President of Bauermeister, and Executive Vice President of Probat Inc., with locations in Memphis, Tennessee and Vernon Hills, Illinois. Jeff began his career with Bauermeister Inc. in 1999 in Sales and advanced to Sales Manager and eventually became an officer of the company and Vice President of Sales in 2005. He was subsequently appointed President of Bauermeister in 2007. Over his time with the company, he's been involved in every aspect of the business with a focus on reducing/controlling cost and improving efficiency. He implemented a CRM program, focused on building a strong outside sales team and streamlining the quotation and order processing and other internal processes. He successfully guided Bauermeister through a restructuring and difficult relocation in 2010. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing degree from Christian Brothers University. Jeff and his wife Regina, have two children and live in Memphis, Tennessee.

Bill Werra is Vice President of Process Products and Systems at Sentry Equipment Corporation in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. He came to Sentry in 2003 as Regional Sales Manager and in 2005, started the Process Group where he is responsible for business development, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, go-to-market strategy, intellectual property, sales, marketing, engineering, product development, project management, service and customer service. Bill has 20 years of experience providing technical solutions to industrial clients worldwide, ranging from material handling, bulk solids metering, sampling and sample conditioning. He holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, has served on the Board for Directors for the Oconomowoc Area Chamber of Commerce and lives in a suburb of Milwaukee with his wife Cheryl and their two children.
