Tom Bowen
Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Tom Bowen is Vice President of Sales & Marketing for SWECO, a business unit of M-I SWACO. SWECO is a leading global manufacturer of customized industrial separation equipment ranging from round, rectangular and pharmaceutical separators plus several lines of complementary separation products; centrifuges, grinding mills, finishing mills and a wide variety of aftermarket screens and parts. Tom began his career at SWECO in 1988 and has been with SWECO throughout most of his career except for a period in the late 1990s when he was Vice President of Sales & Marketing for PEBCO, a gate and valve company based in Paducah, KY. After early years working as a design engineer, product engineer and in R&D engineering, Tom began a path in sales and marketing. Early assignments were in Asia and South America with his most recent role as North American Sales Manager. Tom is an active board member of the Northern Kentucky Chamber and Northern Kentucky's International Trade Association (NKITA). He holds a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Northern Kentucky University.

W. Sturtevant English, Jr. (Sturt) was elected President of Sturtevant, Inc. in January 2006 and CEO in April 2010, the fifth generation of his family to lead this manufacturer of crushing, grinding and air classification equipment. He joined Sturtevant in 1989 after four years in banking, taking on the parts sales engineer position and rose through the sales department to Sales Manager when in early 2000 when he left to work for KPMG in the Transaction Services (M&A) practice. Sturt rejoined Sturtevant in 2003 as General Manager. Sturt graduated from B.C. High School, holds a BA in English from the University of Maine and an MBA from Northeastern University.

Rod Henricks is Director of Sales for Bunting Magnetics Co. Previously he was the Product Manager for Metal Detection, and also held a sales management position with the company. Rod has been with Bunting for eight years. Outside of Bunting, Rod has held executive management positions with two manufactures of transportation equipment (truck bodies and trailers) that were acquired through private equity in the late 1990’s and early 2000's. Rod is a former member of NTEA (National Truck Equipment Association) and their Young Executives Network. He has also held committee positions with the Wichita Chamber of Commerce. A lifelong resident of Kansas, Rod enjoys having family close by. His two sons participate in YMCA activities, and Rod serves as as volunteer with the annual YMCA Strong Kids Campaign.

Lee Hoffmann is Vice President and General Manager of Feeco International, Inc. Lee began his career at Feeco in 1975, working part time in the Production Department while finishing his degree in Accounting. In addition to PEMA, he is a member of the Fertilizer Industry Roundtable. He also serves as Vice President on New Water's Board of Commissioners and is past President of the Northeast Wisconsin Technical College Foundation Board, where he is still active as a Board Member.

French Oil Mill Machinery Company
Jason McDaniel is President and Chief Operating Officer of The French Oil Mill Machinery Company in Piqua, Ohio. After earning his in B.S. Mechanical Engineering from Ohio State in 1996, McDaniel joined the company and worked in various divisions and roles from 1996 through 2012. Then in January 2013, Daniel P. French recommended McDaniel succeed him as the company's President, and the Board of Directors appointed McDaniel as President and Chief Operating Officer. McDaniel was instrumental in the decision to start operations in China and has been the point person for all FOM (Shanghai) Company, Ltd. activities, which allows French to serve the growing Chinese polymer industry with domestically made products to dewater and dry synthetic rubber. He was also recognized in August 2011 by Rubber & Plastic News as a top rubber industry professional under 40, for making a significant impact on the industry. Jason and his wife Amy have one daughter and reside in DeGraff, OH.

Dennis O'Leary is President of Industrial Magnetics, Inc. (IMI) and CMO for IMI Holding Corp which includes IMI, Prater and Sterling Systems. Prior to being hired on as a Marketing Specialist with IMI in 1999, Dennis was Director of Product Development & Marketing for a major sporting goods brand and spent 14 years in the golf equipment industry. A graduate of Davenport University with a BBA in Marketing and BBA in Management degrees, Dennis makes his home in Northern Michigan with his wife and three daughters. He also sits on the Board of Directors for the Northwest Michigan Industrial Association.

Jeff Soldan
Jeff Soldan is President of Bauermeister, and Executive Vice President of Probat Inc., with locations in Memphis, Tennessee and Vernon Hills, Illinois. Jeff began his career with Bauermeister Inc. in 1999 in Sales and advanced to Sales Manager and eventually became an officer of the company and Vice President of Sales in 2005. He was subsequently appointed President of Bauermeister in 2007. Over his time with the company, he's been involved in every aspect of the business with a focus on reducing/controlling cost and improving efficiency. He implemented a CRM program, focused on building a strong outside sales team and streamlining the quotation and order processing and other internal processes. He successfully guided Bauermeister through a restructuring and difficult relocation in 2010. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing degree from Christian Brothers University. Jeff and his wife Regina, have two children and live in Memphis, Tennessee.

Todd Smith

Todd Smith is general manager of Coperion K-Tron Salina and vice president of the company’s Global Systems Group. Coperion K-Tron is a leading global supplier of conveying, feeding, and control systems for its customers’ bulk solid materials. He has a Mechanical Engineering degree from Kansas State University and received an M.B.A. He was previously employed by DuPont and MAC Equipment. Todd serves on the Board of Directors of the Kansas State University (KSU) Dean’s Advisory Council, Salina Area Technical College, Salina Chamber of Commerce, and the local soccer club. He championed the creation of the KSU – Bulk Solids Innovation Center which opened in 2015. Todd has worked for Coperion K-Tron since 1993. He and his wife JaLue reside in Salina, KS.

Rob Ward

Rob Ward is President of Russell Finex Inc., the U.S. subsidiary of Russell Finex Ltd. The company is a global manufacturer of separation and filtration equipment, and Rob has been with them for 20 years, with roles in the U.K. and the U.S. With a background in sales and engineering, he has held various positions in the company, including Vice President of Sales. Prior to his Russell Finex employment, Rob worked for a U.K. engineering company in the automotive industry. He has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne. Rob and his wife Anne have two children and live in Charlotte, NC.
